Please contact us with your special request. Please note that refunds on special orders are charged a 15% restocking fee. This covers the extra shipping that we must incur to get it to you and send it back to the manufacturer.
InStock :
At Scrubs By Design we try not to sell items that we don't actually have in stock. We do this by not allowing a product to be added to the shopping cart when the quantity on the shelf is zero. Still orders sometimes contain backorders and when this happens we make every attemp to notify the customer of the adjusted ship date and to get the order out asap.
SHIPPING & HANDLING :
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders shipped in the US (with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii), so the more items you order the more you save.
Most orders will be shipped Priority Mail.
We also use UPS ground depending on the size of the order. You can expect to recieve your order in 7-10 business days.
Track your order:
We place USPS Track-Confirm on orders over $75.00 so you can monitor the shipping progress of your items.
Simply go to your Customer Order Status Page and click on your tracking number.
International Orders:
We are presently shipping world-wide and you may place your order directly from this website.
International shipping & handling charges are calculated in real time and added to your order at the check out.
International orders will usually be shipped via Parcel Post: Air or Surface mail.
Please note that in some countries, custom fees and taxes may apply and are beyond our control.

Return your NEW items within 30 days of original purchase date for full refund (less shipping). Returns must be unworn, unwashed & tags still on garments. After 30 days, returns may not be accepted. If returns or exchanges are made after we have already exchanged items once, they will not be accepted. Hat are NOT returnable.
Shoes may NOT be returned if they are dirty on the bottom, creased, or have been worn. Please test out indoors on carpet less you decide not to keep them.
Exchange:
You may exchange your item for a different size if it has not been worn or washed. Please leave tags on garments.
Simply mail the items back to us at the following address.
We will ship the replacement items as soon as we receive your returned items- as long as we receive them back within 30 days of purchase date. If returns are made after we have already shipped an exchange out to you and it is past the 30 days from the original order date, we will not refund you. You will have an instore credit for items. We do not charge shipping on the exchange to you, however you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. Hats are NOT returnable.
